YES. I USED EARTH BALANCE SOY FREE BAKING STICKS INSTEAD OF BUTTER, USED BOB'S RED MILL GLUTEN FREE 1-TO-1 BAKING FLOUR INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL FLOUR, LEFT OUT THE NUTS AND USED DARK CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT LITTLE SECRETS IN PLACE OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS. I USED PARCHMENT ON THE COOKIE SHEETS BECAUSE GLUTEN FREE STUFF LIKES TO STICK TO THE SHEETS. I ALSO TRIED TO DYE THE COOKIES PINK USING CONFECTION CRAFTS RED NATURAL FOOD DYE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK VERY WELL.
